I operate, with Emma Jane Rowlett and Michael Whapples, an MSOR mini-project "Accessibility in MSOR: LaTeX and Braille", supported by a grant from the Higher Education Academy Maths, Stats and OR Network from 10/2007-present.

This mini-project is looking into the issues surrounding access to MSOR subjects by students with visual impairments and looking to contribute to the open source BrlTex LaTeX to Braille conversion software. My involvement is to manage the project and contribute to the research on the issues involved.
